Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Realit and any related services we provide.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
What do these terms cover?
These terms cover access to Realit, workspace administration, acceptable use, billing responsibilities, connected third-party services, campaign and CRM data handling, support expectations, and limits that apply when customers use the platform for sales and marketing operations.
What should teams verify before using Realit?
Teams should confirm that authorized users manage connected ad accounts, communication tools, website lead capture, and CRM records according to their own company policies. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of imported data, permissions granted to team members, and compliance obligations for their campaigns.
How should connected services be managed?
Connected services such as advertising accounts, property portals, email, WhatsApp, tracking snippets, and website forms should be authorized only by people who are permitted to manage them. If access changes inside a customer organization, administrators should review integrations, team roles, active automations, and any campaign or lead routing rules that depend on those services.
Why do operating terms matter for CRM teams?
CRM systems influence customer communication, campaign reporting, sales ownership, and team accountability. Clear operating terms help customers understand which responsibilities belong to Realit and which remain with the customer organization.
